From a family travel startup in Pakistan to building an AI livestock platform in Istanbul — more than a decade of founding, building, and moving on.
My first startup, built on one motto — "We travel like a family." We ran trips for families, students, and the corporate sector all across Pakistan, and grew into one of the country's leading local-tourism brands.
A travel-themed restaurant in the heart of Lahore serving local cuisine from all across Pakistan. It doubled as Let's Go Pakistan's headquarters — the point every trip departed from and returned to, which is how it got its name.
The restaurant never became a big success, so we sold it in 2016 and refocused our energy on the travel business.
We sold Let's Go Pakistan, and the brand merged into The Adventurers — a larger tourism company. A clean exit from where the whole journey began.
Fresh out of university, I started Stack Cru Technologies — later renamed Qwerty Experts — from a few rented chairs in a shared office.
I started as CEO and later stepped back to an investor role as the studio matured.
I started as an active partner and later moved to an investor role. Kiwi Creations later merged in the gaming studio Micro Perts.
From three founders to a 70+ person team, onsite and offshore — one of the fastest-growing parts of the group.
Co-founded XAAS Studios LLC, a U.S.-registered technology venture (Waqar Ali later stepped away for personal reasons). Its ServiceNow practice runs as XaaS Solutions.
Recognized by the President of Pakistan, Dr. Arif Alvi, for creating employment in Pakistan's tech sector — awarded at Biznet 2023.
Selected for a U.S. game-development delegation to the Game Developers Conference (GDC) in San Francisco — arranged directly by the U.S. Consulate General Lahore and P@SHA.
We closed Qwerty Experts' services division and reinvented it as a product company. Out of that shift, Livestock Way was born — and my early partner Ahmad Himtal rejoined after years apart. I moved to Istanbul to build it full-time.
Exited Kiwi Creations in August 2026, closing that chapter to focus entirely on Livestock Way.
All-in on my first product. Based in Istanbul and working on it full-time — using computer vision and reinforcement learning to make livestock transport safer, more humane, and far more efficient.
